📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the administration of employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies related to HR information systems.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other relevant HRIS platforms.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR information systems.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR information systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR information systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Certifications in HR information systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors Certified Professional or Workday Certified Professional, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing and leading HR teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
