Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.Optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in the food industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in quality control and safety measures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations and standards.🛠️ Keahlian
