📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain structured cabling systems for new and existing data centers in Jakarta Raya.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, and ANSI/TIA-942.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to plan and execute cabling projects efficiently.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance of cabling systems.
• Document all cabling installations and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cabling technology and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on cabling best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data center infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured cabling and data center infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, or similar are a plus.
• Proficiency in using cabling tools and software, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with data center design and management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
