📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Educate patients about telemedicine services, including how to use digital platforms for consultations and follow-ups.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout the telemedicine process.
• Guide patients through the registration and setup process for telemedicine consultations, including scheduling and technical support.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that patient needs are met and that consultations run smoothly.
• Monitor patient feedback and provide reports on the effectiveness of telemedicine services to help improve future interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in telemedicine and digital healthcare to provide the best possible service to patients.
• Assist in training and onboarding new patients to ensure they are comfortable and confident using telemedicine services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and telemedicine sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role.
• Proficient in using telemedicine platforms such as Doxy.me, Amwell, or Teladoc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and guide patients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
