As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. You'll work closely with our team to process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports using our in-house accounting software, SAP. This role offers a unique blend of financial responsibility and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich Indonesian culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports using SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Maintain and update the company's general ledger.
• Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in SAP or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
