📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on injection molding machines.
• Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from standard operating parameters.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including scheduled and unscheduled repairs, and machine performance data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in injection molding machinery maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of injection molding machines.
• Proven experience with machines from leading brands like Arburg, Engel, or Bosch Rexroth.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Certification in injection molding machinery maintenance or related fields is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
