📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the lending team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual lending management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing lending operations and driving financial growth.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
