You will use tools like SAP for logistics, TradeIQ for trade compliance, and other industry-standard software to streamline operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives to enhance our trade efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end export-import process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with international partners, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Manage trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and enhance trade efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
• Provide regular reports to management on trade performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of managing international trade operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong knowledge of trade documentation and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, TradeIQ, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
