As an AV & Production Executive, you'll be at the heart of our audiovisual operations, ensuring seamless and visually stunning productions for our weekly worship services, special events, and community gatherings. You'll work closely with our worship leaders, event planners, and technical teams to bring their visions to life, using state-of-the-art equipment and software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain audiovisual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and lighting, to ensure optimal performance during worship services and events.
• Collaborate with worship leaders and event planners to develop and execute production plans for weekly services, special events, and community gatherings.
• Operate and troubleshoot audiovisual systems, including live sound mixing, projection mapping, and lighting design, to create immersive worship experiences.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment for events, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the audiovisual and production industry, and recommend improvements to enhance our services.
• Train and mentor team members on the use and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and software.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and technical support.
• Document and maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and event production details.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Technical Theater, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, event management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as VMix, Wirecast, or similar live production tools.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and lighting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with worship leaders, event planners, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with live sound mixing, projection mapping, and lighting design is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali to support events and services.
