📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during the training process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English language is required.
  • Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is preferred.
