📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
