📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.,Provide financial analysis and advice to management to support decision-making.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.,Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure the continued success of the accounting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
