PT Teratai Kreasi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our retail partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies, provide product knowledge and training, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Provide product knowledge and training to retail partners to enhance their selling capabilities.,Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews with retail partners to monitor performance and provide feedback.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales messaging and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term business success.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales and marketing objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, sales consulting, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and sales techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
