In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our operations team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Process and manage purchase orders, including ordering, receiving, and putting away merchandise.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or software.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
