• Oversee the leasing process for high-end residential and commercial properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Negotiate leases, manage renewals, and resolve tenant concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with property managers, architects, and marketing teams to maintain properties in top condition.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients and corporate tenants.
• Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize leasing performance and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in leasing operations.
• Represent Lima Land, Inc. at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Proven track record of success in lease-generated revenue and occupancy rates.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in real estate software, such as REIS, Yardi, or similar platforms.
• Certification in leasing management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of Bali’s luxury real estate market and local regulations.
