SATOSHI Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Sanur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.,Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain a secure environment.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Train and supervise junior security guards.,Enforce security policies and procedures.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas.,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Knowledge of security software and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to security.,Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
