📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
