📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they meet their performance targets and deadlines.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section, ensuring they are used effectively.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Attending and participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant events.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role in a mining or related industry is a plus.
