📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of employees, providing training, guidance, and performance reviews.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and work with the sales team to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
