Hotel Budi Auto Service is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.,Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide support to the finance team in special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
