📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to optimize costs and extend the lifespan of the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
