Place Diamond Indonesia is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Jimbaran. This is an urgent position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use. You will also be involved in scheduling, tracking, and reporting on vehicle usage.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use
  • Schedule and track vehicle usage and maintenance
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses
  • Generate and maintain vehicle usage reports
  • Handle vehicle bookings and assignments
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
