Makmur Indra Coffee is looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Instructor to join our team in Tanjung Priok. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the lead instructor in delivering high-quality training programs to our employees. If you are passionate about coffee and have a strong background in training and development, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering training programs,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge,Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in developing and updating training materials and resources,Support the lead instructor in managing and mentoring junior instructors,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new trainees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with coffee production and industry standards,Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops,Knowledge of HRIS and other training management software,Fluency in Indonesian and English
