Seed Tech Jaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Palembang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, working closely with the kitchen and bar staff.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event supplies.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure everything is in order.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of food and beverage services is an advantage.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
