📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist brides-to-be with dress selection, ensuring they find the perfect gown that suits their style and preferences.
• Conduct thorough pre-wedding consultations to understand the client's vision and preferences.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the wedding are covered.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in bridal fashion and wedding planning.
• Assist in organizing and executing bridal events, including try-ons, consultations, and fittings.
• Manage inventory and ensure all products are well-maintained and presented beautifully.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bridal fashion or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of bridal wear, including gowns, accessories, and wedding planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with wedding planning software such as WeddingWire, The Knot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Passionate about weddings and bridal fashion.
