📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality by following health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Prepare and maintain food stock, including ordering and storing ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and service standards.,Participate in inventory control and cost management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food preparation and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
