📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create learning materials and resources to support training initiatives.,Assist in the planning and coordination of learning and development activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
