📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other operational data.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are properly fueled to meet operational needs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management.,Participate in fleet safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in planning and implementing fleet improvement strategies.,Assist in the organization and coordination of fleet-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as required for fleet-related activities.
