📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
