📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily invoices and payments using QuickBooks and Excel
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Provide support in audits and internal reviews
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles
