📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.,Identify and address client needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and solutions.,Monitor and analyze client performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.,Participate in sales calls, meetings, and events, representing Stripe professionally and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the tech or fintech industry.,Strong understanding of payment processing and fintech products and services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Hebrew is a plus.
