Duta Indra Coffee is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them succeed in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Kalimantan Barat as needed.
