📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.,Support the kitchen staff in preparing food for events and special occasions.,Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong teamwork and communication skills.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Basic cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines are a plus.
