📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with department heads to achieve branch targets and goals.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain a motivated workforce.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Computer literate with knowledge of office software.
